个人简介

胡彤,女,博士,辽宁抚顺人,2010年考入哈尔滨工业大学食品科学与工程学院,2014年获工学学士学位。并于同年保送至哈尔滨工业大学化工与化学学院化学工程与技术专业硕博连读,2020年获工学博士学位,并于同年入职浙江工业大学生物工程学院。主要研究方向为食品微生物优良生产特性的基因水平调控。近三年以第一作者身份发表SCI文章4篇。
