个人简介

教授,博士生导师,现任生物工程学院 微生物与发酵工程研究所所长。兼任浙江省微生物学会副理事长、中国微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员,中国微生物学会微生物学教学工作委员会委员。浙江兰溪人。1993年获南京大学生物学专业理学硕士;2001年获得浙江大学生物化学工程专业博士学位;多所美国高校(Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute等)访问学者;2010年入选浙江省新世纪151人才工程第一层次培养人员。国家精品课程微生物学和浙江省精品课程基因工程负责人;长期从事应用和环境微生物方面的科学研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、参与国家自然科学基金重点项目和浙江省重大科技攻关项目各1项、主持863项目子课题、浙江省自然科学基金等项目10余项,获浙江省科技进步二等奖和省高校科研成果二等奖各1项,在 Biotechnology and Bioengineering, Bioresource Technology, Carbohydrate polymers, Marine Drugs, Journal of  Hazard Materials, Briefs in Bioinformatics, Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology, Enzyme Microbial Technology, Plasmid, Molecular Omics等国内外刊物发表100余篇论文,SCI论文60余篇。主编出版《基因工程技术》和《基因工程技术实验指导》等教材,获授权国家发明专利10余项。
